If you’re ready to partner with us to get your accessories or apparel made in China, the first thing you need to do is send us an inquiry. In order for you to get the most accurate numbers and estimates, you should have a physical sample to send us, along with your tech pack. We could also use estimates you have in mind for timeline, order quantities, and more. Please see our quote page and form for more information.
From the very beginning of the process, we create a highly detailed Spec Sheet that contains all the information, standards, and details related to your products. This sheet gets updated, revised, double-checked, and communicated to all parties (clients and suppliers) throughout the entire manufacturing process.
We also have a Quality Assurance checklist and protocols for your accessories or apparel at every phase and stage of the process. Everything is checked against our Spec Sheet, as well as additional checks that we do on location. We prevent errors from escalating and timelines to get delayed by having these quality checks and processes in place.
Your project is handled by the HC Accessories team, on the ground in China. We communicate with you through regular weekly updates and keep track of important deadlines and timelines for prototyping, SMS orders, and bulk production. We offer a full-service project management, where everything is taken care of for you — we just need your approvals and inputs in a timely fashion to keep the project moving.
Everything else — from dealing with suppliers, procuring textiles, materials, fabrics, making sure the prototypes are made right, the SMS orders for trade shows are delivered on time, the final stage of bulk production runs smoothly, and more - is all handled by us.
